材料有薯仔同埋紫心蕃薯,工具就係呢部食物處理機,刀片要換上片皮功能,之後洗乾淨薯仔&蕃薯,批皮後,原隻放入中間個煙囪中間,開掣唔駛30秒就會自動將薯仔&蕃薯批成薄片狀

跟住用竹籤串起一塊塊薯片,用玻璃兜盛住,一齊放入微波爐叮,玻璃兜主要係"long"起一串串薯片.

呢度係一個薯仔嘅份量,不過呢個係反面教材,因為叮咗5分鐘後,有啲薯片軟身後就黏埋前面個塊,要用手逐塊分開,所以應該唔好太貪心,串咁密咁多,要有啲距離,盡量唔好俾佢黏埋一齊.

我係用高火(1000度)去叮約8-9分鐘,就聞到好香薯仔味,由竹籤剝佢落來,攤凍就食得lu...

另外又叮咗蕃薯片,祗係用咗5分鐘.
食後發覺唔係所有薯片都咁脆,同街出面買嘅炸薯片好唔同,祗係一半半咋,有啲比較煙un,但若果再叮就會燶變深啡色會苦,至於蕃薯片就超硬,唔好食,佢哋個買點主要係無油健康而已,對於鍾意食零食又怕肥嘅人,都可以講係望梅止渴嘅.
